BDM 2 One Night Two Day Bungle Bungle and Diamond Mine Combination Fly in/Fly out

Take a scenic flight over the mighty Ord River, the Ord River Irrigation Scheme, Lake Argyle and then land at the Argyle Diamond Mine, the world's largest single producer of diamonds. Begin with an informative Mine Tour on the diamond production process and see some of the famous Argyle Diamonds on display. You will be catered for with an excellent lunch and refreshments at Argyle's staff village. Rejoin your scenic flight over the Osmond Ranges and orbit the Bungle Bungle Range to arrive at the Bungle Bungle Bush camp in time for afternoon tea. Wake up on day two with a delicious continental breakfast before setting off to explore Echidna Chasm. Let our guides entertain you with their knowledge of the Bungle Bungle history and the Devonian era while you travel to and from the Northern Gorges and answer any questions you may have during your hike into this amazing crevice. After lunch, head to the southern end of the park to explore the famous icons of the Bungle Bungle, the Beehive Domes and Cathedral Gorge. Return home via another scenic flight with views over the North western Bungle Bungle, the Argyle Diamond mine and the Ragged Ranges.

EK 1 One Day Four Wheel Drive Bungle Bungle Tour Drive in/Drive out

Experience the extraordinary Bungles on this day tour departing from Warmun (Turkey Creek) Roadhouse at 0530. From here you will travel 54 kilometres along the Great Northern Highway to the Spring Creek turnoff. Let your guide supply morning tea in a memorable location, allowing time to stretch the legs before continuing onwards to the Echidna Chasm trail. Here you will experience the Bungles enormity by being completely surrounded by their near vertical rock faces. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at our Bellburn Bush Camp before travelling to the remarkable Cathedral Gorge trail. Be overwhelmed by the magnificent Beehive Domes exhibited on the trail towards the Cathedral's amazing natural amphitheatre. On return from this walk you will rejoin the four wheel drive and retrace the road to Warmun. At Calico Springs our guide will offer you afternoon tea and the opportunity to stretch your legs before arrival at the Roadhouse, scheduled for around 1830.

EK 2 One Night Two Days Bungle Bungle Four Wheel Drive Tour Drive in/Drive out

Experience the vastness and uniqueness of the Bungles with this overnight tour from Warmun (Turkey Creek). Enjoy the spectacular landscape in a four wheel drive vehicle while stopping once to capture this beauty with a morning tea break. On arrival at this extraordinary National Park you will transfer to another vehicle and then travel to the spectacular Northern Gorges and venture into Mini Palms and Echidna Chasm, enjoying a picnic lunch in a serene location between the two walks. Late afternoon return to Bellburn Bush Camp and sit back and relax with refreshments in this unconventional outback Australia surrounding and watch a glorious sun set on another beautiful Kimberley day. Day Two will see you rise to your choice of a delicious continental or cooked breakfast. Departing early morning, you will tour the breathtaking Beehive Domes for which the Bungles are so famous. Witness the distinct landscape along the walk of Piccaninny Creek then walk on to Cathedral Gorge and be amazed by the natural beauty and brilliant acoustics found within the amphitheatre. Rejoin the four wheel drive at approximately 1430 for its return journey to Turkey Creek Roadhouse, arriving approximately 1830. Departures are Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.

EK 3 Two Night Three Days Bungle Bungle Four Wheel Drive Tour Drive in / Drive Out

Departing Kununurra approximately 0700, your drive to the Bungle Bungles will take you past rugged Kimberley scenes such as the Carr-Boyd, O'Donnell and Ragged Ranges. The afternoon will then see you mesmerized with the icons of the Bungles, the famed Beehive Domes and Cathedral Gorge with its amazing natural amphitheatre. During your adventure your guide will captivate you with knowledge on the Bungle heritage and ensure that come sunset you are relaxed and enjoying refreshments from a breath taking view. Day two, arise to a delightful Australian morning, a continental breakfast and another day of impressive scenery. Travel to the Northern Gorges and spend the morning walking into Mini Palms. While walking the Mini Palms trail, be taken aback by the incredible beauty exhibited by this enchanting area. Relax in the shade with a picnic lunch before continuing onwards to the Echidna Chasm trail. Here you will experience the Bungles enormity by being completely surrounded by their near vertical rock faces. Another beautiful morning follows with breakfast before departing for the return trip to Kununurra.

Experience Kununurra, ‘the eastern gateway to the Kimberley' and surroundings by air with a morning scenic flight over the renowned Ord Irrigation area, Carr-Boyd Ranges, Ord River and the impressive Lake Argyle. Upon landing in Purnululu National Park you will be welcomed by an East Kimberley Tours guide where you will transfer to an air conditioned four wheel drive vehicle. On your travels to Cathedral Gorge let our guides recount the Bungles heritage and share nature's hidden secrets. It is approximately 40 minutes drive to the heart of the Beehive domes and the start of the walk into the stunning Cathedral Gorge. Relax in this shaded area and enjoy a memorable picnic lunch before returning on your walk to rejoin the four wheel drive. Travel to our Bellburn Bush Camp for afternoon tea then rejoin the aircraft to complete your afternoon scenic flight over the ancient Ragged Ranges and the open cut Argyle Diamond Mine. This tour will see you picked up from your accommodation at approximately 0830, arriving back in Kununurra approximately 1700 (earlier departures applicable from October onwards).

Feel the vastness and diversity of the East Kimberley by enjoying an early morning scenic flight over Kununurra, the Diversion Dam, the Ord River, Lake Argyle and the mighty Osmond Ranges ending with an orbit around the Bungle Bungle Massif. After a continental breakfast at Bellburn Bush Camp you will then travel by four wheel drive air conditioned comfort to the Northern Gorges while your guide entertains you with their knowledge of the Bungles'. While walking the Mini Palms trail, be taken aback by the incredible beauty exhibited by this enchanting area. After a relaxing picnic lunch, enjoy a second walk through the distinct Echidna Chasm where you will be completely surrounded by the Bungles, with the only light filtering in from above. Next morning after another enjoyable breakfast, travel to commence the Cathedral Gorge walk and see the Beehive Domes. Further on, see the amazing formation of a natural amphitheatre where you will experience an unforgettable picnic lunch. After returning to the four wheel drive our guide will transfer you to the airstrip where you will complete your scenic flight over the Ragged Ranges and Argyle Diamond Mine, the world's largest diamond production.
