    1 Day Cape Leveque Adventure

    Experience the highlights of pristine Cape Leveque on this adventurous day trip into indigenous Bardi country. Enjoy morning tea in the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community, home of the Sacred Heart Church with its glimmering pearl shell altar. Head to One Arm Point Community on the tip of the Dampier Peninsula, the best place to view the impressive Buccaneer Archipelago and witness the huge tidal flows of Kind Sound. Don't miss the visit the Community's own aquaculture hatchery, complete with reef fish and trochus shell. Relax on beautiful Cape Leveque (locally known as Kooljaman) as we set up by the sea for a delicious picnic lunch before an afternoon on the pristine beaches the cape is famous for. En route back to Broome, we visit the friendly Lombadina Aboriginal Community for a town tour, including a visit to the bush timber church and the opportunity to pick up a souvenir at the Community's craft shop. This tour provides us with a privileged insight into indigenous life on the Kimberley coast. As dusk closes in over the peninsula, we begin our journey back through the challenging Kimberley terrain, arriving in Broome at approximately 6:30pm.

    1 Day Geikie Gorge Experience

    Departing Broome at 0700, we travel to the mighty Fitzroy River and then onto Fitzroy Crossing before arriving at Geikie Gorge. This 30 metre deep gorge This day trip provides the opportunity to experience one of the Kimberley's most impressive gorges in comfort. Departing Broome, we travel through iconic Pindan country, past boab trees, towering termite mounds, Kimberley cattle and local wildlife, while our guide chats about local history and the environment. Geikie Gorge was carved by nature between the Oscar and Geikie Ranges. Flooded during the wet season, the swirling water leaves a bleached mark on the colourful gorge walls. After a delicious picnic lunch by the river, we cruise the waterways and learn of local Aboriginal legends and traditions relating to the gorge on the Darngku Heritage Cruise. Hosted by local Bunuba Aboriginal guides, this cruise offers a fascinating insight into the Bunuba way of life. Our indigenous guide demonstrates traditional techniques for fire lighting, animal tracking, bush foods and bush medicines, while sharing Dreamtime stories of the area. Alternatively, you may prefer to opt for the Range Guided cruise for a geological and environmental perspective. After dark, relax and enjoy a local movie en route back to Broome, arriving at approximately 10:30pm.

    1 Day Windjana - Tunnel Creek Tour

    Traveling east from Broome, via the Derby Prison Tree and the Gibb River Road, we reach the picturesque Napier Range. Once a Devonian reef, these mountains are over 350 million years old and home to a diverse array of animals and plants. The perfect place to experience the stunning natural beauty of an outback oasis is the geological wonder of Windjana Gorge. Beneath the limestone gorge walls that rise 90 metres, we search for freshwater crocodiles, local bird life and local bush tucker. After a picnic lunch, the afternoon is spent exploring Tunnel Creek cave, a 750 metre cave system in which we discover stalactites, secret caverns, and a large variety of wildlife such as freshwater prawns and ghost bats. It is here we can also come to appreciate the legend of Jandamarra, a local Bunuba Aboriginal freedom fighter who used the tunnel as a hideout. A refreshing swim in the idyllic waterhole at the end of the tunnel is a highlight of the day. As sunset approaches, we visit the historical ruins of Lillimooloora Police Station, before returning to Broome, arriving at approximately 10:30pm. This day trip from Broome offers a delightful glimpse of Australia's beautiful Kimberley region.

    1/2 Day Taste Of Broome

    Experience the multicultural heart and soul of Broome through its local delicacies. This is a town tour with a difference - the perfect introduction to Broome for travelers who are keen to explore a different side of this diverse outback town, friendly people, secret places, colourful history and especially, the local produce and cuisine. Our afternoon epicurean adventure explores the highlights of this remote Kimberley oasis and its fascinating history while indulging in its best culinary secrets. Along the way, our guide will also reveal the town's favourite restaurants, providing real local insight into eating out in Broome. Visit the Kanagae Estate to see the mango orchards and taste some of their delicious local produce. Sample fresh oysters at the Broome jetty and taste local beers at the Matsos Boutique Brewery while learning of its unique history. Enjoy a bush tucker walk and a local recipe at Minyirr Park, a cultural corridor of native habitat bordering Cable Beach. Indulge in a treat of sushi or pearl meat (when available) en route to the Japanese Cemetery. We finish the day with a cocktail style barbeque platter while the sun sets on Cable Beach.

    2 Day Kimberley Gorges Escape

    Discover the dramatic gorges, wildlife retreats and ancient cave passages of the rugged western Kimberley. On day one experience the natural wonder of Geikie Gorge on the two hour Darngku Aboriginal Heritage Cruise. Hosted by local Bunuba Aboriginal guides, this cruise offers a fascinating insight into the Bunuba way of life. Our indigenous guide demonstrates traditional techniques for fire lighting, animal tracking, bush foods and bush medicines, while sharing Dreamtime stories of the area. Towards sunset, settle in for a campfire barbeque dinner under the Kimberley night sky, before retiring to your choice of accommodation - camping, safari cabin or motel room. Day two takes us to Tunnel Creek, a 750 metre cave system carved through the Napier Range. Here, we find stalactites, secret caves and a variety of wildlife, and learn the legend of Aboriginal freedom fighter, Jandamarra. A refreshing swim in an idyllic waterhole is a highlight of the day. Then it's off to Windjana Gorge for a picnic lunch and to search for freshwater crocodiles, local birdlife and indigenous bush tucker in the natural beauty of this oasis of the outback. We visit Derby to see the Boab Prison Tree en route back to Broome.

    3 Day Cape Leveque Experience

    The Dampier Peninsula is one of the most spectacular coastal environments in Australia, and the perfect place to experience indigenous culture in the Kimberley. Two nights at Kooljaman on Cape Leveque allows time to both relax and experience the Peninsula's highlights. Visit Beagle Bay Community, home of the Sacred Heart Church with its glimmering pearl shell altar. Discover Kelk Creek Bush Retreat, where our guides introduce us to their traditional Bardi ‘saltwater country' on a leisurely bushwalk - the freshly made damper and billy tea are a delight! Laid back Lombadina Community is home to a local craft shop and interesting bush timber church, while One Arm Point Community is the perfect place to view the impressive Buccaneer Archipelago and witness the huge tidal flows of the Kimberley - don't miss the local aquaculture hatchery! There is also a free day on Cape Leveque to enjoy as you please. Join our guide on a snorkeling or fishing adventure (included), or take up one of the many optional extras on offer such as sea kayaking with a local indigenous guide. Alternatively you may prefer to simply explore the pristine beaches and rugged red coastline that Cape Leveque is famous for.

    3 Day West Kimberley Experience

    This unique adventure offers the opportunity to experience both the natural wonders and cultural secrets of the West Kimberley. Visit the famous Derby ‘Boab Prison Tree' and fascinating Mowanjum Arts and Cultural Centre, studio for many local Wandjina artists, before reaching the picturesque Napier Range. Venture into the heart of Windjana Gorge, a majestic natural wonder that is home to an abundance of indigenous bush tucker and wildlife - freshwater crocodiles in particular! As the sun sets, the gorge walls glow red, while flocks of corellas squawk overhead on their way home over the Coolibah trees. Explore Tunnel Creek through the eyes of our local Indigenous guide, visit Old Leopold Station and rarely seen rock art sites, before heading to the guide's own remote Biridu Community for a bush tucker dinner and memorable evening of Aboriginal stories round the campfire, this privilege is a highlight of the trip. Spectacular Geikie Gorge is also not to be missed. The Darngku Aboriginal Heritage Cruise (two hours, included) provides a perfect view of this dramatic gorge, together with further insight into local Aboriginal legends and traditions. Following lunch at the gorge, we visit the old Fitzroy Crossing before returning to Broome, arriving at approximately 6:30pm.

    4 Day Broome to the Bungle Bungles

    Short of time and want the best value Bungle Bungles trip in the Kimberley? Experience the highlights of the Kimberley in four fabulous days. Check out one of the world's most unique landscapes at the famous Bungle Bungles. Over 20 million years, water created this landscape of orange and black striped ‘beehive' geological formations. Only the locals knew it existed until the early 1980's. Once discovered by the outside world, the area was made a national park in 1987 and given World Heritage status in 2003. We also visit Echidna Chasm, known for its towering Livistonia Palm trees, and take a short walk into Cathedral Gorge, where soaring rocks create a natural amphitheatre. Heading up the Gibb River Road, we explore the Napier and King Leopold Ranges. Freshen up with a swim amongst the water lilies at Galvins Gorge, a large pool surrounded by lush remnant rainforest.
