    One Day Cultural Adventure Tour

Our experienced guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Broome shortly before 7am and we'll travel through Kimberley cattle country. Leaving the bitumen behind we start our four wheel drive adventure into Nyikina land, this countries traditional owners. We pass many huge Boab trees on our way to the picturesque Mount Anderson where you will meet Aboriginal Elder Mr Harry Watson. Harry's team will take you on a camel safari through the Grant Ranges showing traditional tracking skills, local bush tucker, local wildlife and medicine along the way. After a hearty lunch at our very own private camp ground we'll visit the Cultural Centre at the remote Aboriginal Community of Jarlmadangah where our local guides will show us how traditional tools, weapons and art were made and used. From here we are led into the Ranges to visit an old living site where we are told dreamtime stories over damper and billy tea. The day finishes bidding farewell to our new friends and commencing a scenic drive back into Broome hoping to catch a beautiful Kimberley sunset around 6.00pm.

    Two Day One Night Tour

This tour is designed for the Adventure Seeker wanting to experience and learn about one of the Oldest Cultures In The World. We will visit Rock Art Sites, Ancient Living Sites, sample Bush Tucker, hear Dreamtime Stories and go fishing for Barramundi and Cherabyn on the Mighty Fitzroy River and sit around a blazing camp fire telling yarns all before settling into your swag to sleep in a ten - thousand star hotel at our very own Private Camp Ground at the foot of Mount Anderson. The following day we take a climb to the top of The Grant Ranges to visit the Ancient Living Site overlooking Jarlmadangah Community. We will also traverse the Old Coach Road to Historic Mount Anderson Station and visit one of the only remaining Sheering Sheds in the Kimberley. There are plenty of photo opportunities with lots of antique machinery and old buildings, some dating back to the 1800s. After a delicious lunch we will meet the elders at the Community school and have an opportunity to throw a boomerang. The children will also show us their skills in boomerang and spear throwing. Always plenty of fun! We then visit the Cultural Centre learning how the traditional tools and weapons were made and used and view local art and artefacts. Our Local Indigenous guides love to share their knowledge of their culture and country and will surely make you feel at home and give you plenty of laughs along the way. This tour can be re-designed to suit the fitness levels or interests of the group on the day.
