Karribank is the oldest continuously operated country retreat in Western Australia with the early settlers moving from Albany in the 1800s to continue dairying and started to take guests before the first world war. In 1997 the Blythe family moved to Karribank with the huge task of maintaining the charm and character of yesteryear with the needs of the modern traveller. Much of the property has been retained with the restoration to four star of many of the historic buildings.
Karribank caters for independent travelers, weddings conferences and professional development functions. The latest development at Karribank is to be an art gallery with artist in residents that will open soon. For garden lovers this is a must.
