Ian and Donna invite you to enjoy the heritage charm of Historic Prospect Villa situated in the coastal town of Busselton.
National Trust listed, Historic Prospect Villa c1844 is the oldest house in Busselton. The Villa is a limestone two storey house, beautifully furnished with antiques and full of history. In the main house there are three comfortable rooms all with private bathrooms and facilities.
A private, fully self-contained cottage incorporating many heritage architectural features and furnished with antiques is also located on the property. The cottage caters for up to three people and offers air conditioning, pot belly stove for winter nights and a claw foot bath.
Situated a half hour drive from Margaret River, it is within easy driving distance to all the local vineyards, beautiful coastline and forests in the stunning South West of Western Australia.
