Pamela's Retreat

If you like setting your own guidelines for relaxation, Pamela's Retreat in Bridgetown is the place for you. Guests can participate in yoga and meditation sessions, or simply relax and reflect.

The retreat is nestled in a rural setting with a lake and river close by. Guests can take a walk or swim if they desire. Meals can be provided if requested prior to arrival. Cooking facilities are available if you choose to take the self contained flat.

Pamela has run the retreat for 10 years, but has been practising yoga for 26 years, massage and relexology for 18 years, all of which she offers to her guests. There is no structure, the guests, general mix of ages and occupations, including many overseas visitors, choose their own activities. In winter they enjoy the open log fire.

Three hours south of Perth, Bridgetown boasts some of the prettiest countryside in the South West.

Pamela's Retreat is situated two and a half kilometres from Bridgetown on 20 acres of land near Balingup, Manjimup and Pemberton.

Pamela grows her own vegetables and fruit, all organic, makes them into jams, preserves or bottled fruit which may be purchased. Fresh fruit when in season and eggs produced by farm chickens are also available.
