The Terrace Villas offer luxurious colonial style bed and breakfast accommodation in the beachside suburb of Middleton Beach in Albany.
We offer queen and twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with cooked or continental breakfast. Relax on the veranda and enjoy the view to Mount Clarence or feel cosy in front of the gas log fire on those winter evenings.
The fully self contained colonial style villas and deluxe spa villas, one, two, three or four bedrooms, have fully equipped kitchens, automatic washing machines, gas heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Each has an outdoor veranda or patio with barbecue facilities and off road parking. Optional continental breakfast baskets are available. Complimentary bottle of wine is also provided for a three or more night stay.
We are just three minutes walk from beautiful Middleton Beach, cafes, restaurant, golf and lawn bowls. Walk on the famous boardwalk around the edge of the harbour and enjoy the spectacular views. Cycle or walk to Emu Point on the dual pathway or just relax on the beach. We are only three minutes drive to the city.
The Terrace Villas is a four and a half hour drive south of Perth.

Colonial VillaThe Colonial Villa is a colonial style house with four bedrooms, very spacious and surrounded by verandahs The villa has two bathrooms, laundry with automatic washing machine and gas hot water, television, video recorder and DVD player and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The villa offers a secure storage room for diving equipment and bikes, large gas barbeque, off road parking and all linen and towels are provided. The Colonial Villa sleeps up to nine guests. Queen RoomOur Queen Bedroom in our colonial style bed and breakfast accommodation has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Robin VillaThe Robin Villa is one of our new deluxe colonial style villas and has three bedrooms with a queen and single bed in one bedroom, and two singles in the other bedrooms. It has been designed so that bedrooms can be closed off to create a one or two bedroom villa if required. There is a spacious kitchen, automatic washing machine, microwave oven, full size gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, television video cassette recorder and DVD player and an enclosed outdoor area and verandah with barbeque. Robin Villa features a stain glass door with featured Red Robins. Sleeps up to a maximum of seven guests. Rose VillaThe Rose Villa is a modern colonial style three bedroom villa with one queen and two twin bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave oven and large refrigerator. There is a washing machine and under cover clothes line, gas hot water, television and video recorder and DVD player and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The Rose Villa also offers a barbeque on the sheltered patio area, under cover parking and all bed linen and towels are provided. The Rose Villa sleeps up to six guests. Twin RoomOur Twin Bedroom in our colonial style bed and breakfast accommodation has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Wren VillaThe Wren Villa is one of our new deluxe colonial style villas and has three bedrooms with a queen and single bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in a second room and two singles in the third room.
