The house is completely equipped with every comfort and convenience. The lounge has sofas and chairs, a she-oak table, television, video, DVD, sound system, video and book library. A slow combustion stove heats the whole open-planned house. The kitchen has is fully equipped and offers glorious views. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, electric blanket, down doona for winter, quality blankets in summer, bedside lights, clock radio and mirrors.

The Coombe is five kilometres from Denmark, minutes from Ocean Beach and thirteen kilometres from William Bay where Green Pool, Madfish Bay and Elephant Rocks are located. The Bibbulmun Track is at the end of the street and renowned wineries and craft galleries minutes way. The Valley of the Giants, Tree Top Walk, Porongorups and historic Albany make delightful day excursions.

The Coombe is a four and half hour drive south of Perth.
