River Road Bridge and Moons Crossing
These are areas on the Warren River and in the State Forest south of Pemberton which are well known as fishing, marroning, picnic and camping spots.
Moon's Crossing is a natural rock crossing on the Warren River north of Northcliffe off Wheatley Coast Road. There is a picnic area and barbecue facilities. Bush camping is popular in the area and so too is fishing for trout in the river pools. The crossing can still be traversed by four wheel drive vehicles in the summer months, although caution should be exercised.
The River Road Bridge, downstream from Moon's Crossing, is closed to vehicular traffic, but is open for walkers.
