Woodlands Winery
Woodlands is a ten hectare vineyard located in the heart of the Wilyabrup region of Margaret River. Established in 1973 by David & Heather Watson, Woodlands remains family owned and operated. Wines produced include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Merlot, Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Woodlands has been named ‘Best Small Producer’ in Ray Jordan’s ‘Guide to WA Wines’ for 2003/2004 and 2004/2005. In 2005, Woodlands has won trophies at the Margaret River Wine Show and the Winewise Small Vignerons Awards, and gold medals at the Perth Royal Wine Show, the Australian Small Vignerons Awards, the Boutique Wine Awards, the Margaret River Wine Show and the National Wine Show.
