Blackwood River Houseboats
Blackwood River Houseboats are self-contained with television, VCR, CD stereo, and safety gear.
Front lounge deck, rear barbeque deck and top deck for sunbathing or stargazing. Dinghy included for extra fun.
‘A’ class driver’s licence is all you need to skipper.
On board are pillows, doonas, linen, a galley kitchen including crockery, cutlery, cookware, full-size fridge/freezer and hotplate, First-Aid kit.
You need to bring food and drinks, towels, fishing gear, sunscreen, repellent, binoculars, your choice of music and videos and your swim wear. Remember your camera as there are lots of picture opportunities.
Wildlife is plentiful on the river, including a pod of dolphins who have made the Hardy Inlet their home. These playful mammals have started swimming and leaping around the houseboat.
Tariffs range from AUD150 to AUD400 per night per boat with two night minimum, or from AUD600 per weekend.
"Storm" sleeps up to six. Number of rooms/units three.
"River Restaway" sleeps up to four. Number of rooms/units two.
"Allira" sleeps eight to ten. Number of rooms five
