Yayl Lodge Bed & Breakfast
Yayl Lodge Bed & Breakfast is a colonial style bed and breakfast, one hour from Perth in the Chittering Valley at Bindoon. This quiet rural retreat set on four acres, with alpacas, sheep, and a dog that will welcome you and loves to be taken for a walk and kangaroos to feed.
These rammed earth homes with wide bull nose verandas, is where you can unwind after that long drive; or just come and stay a day or two to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
We have one king bedroom and one twin single, with a shared bathroom. In-house guests are served a sumptuous breakfast if you require, an evening meal can also be arranged at an extra charge.
If you have children there is a self contained studio with a breakfast basket that will accommodate four and a fold away bed for that extra child can be arranged. In winter sit in the lounge by the open log fire with a good book and relax, or in the summer watch the sun set over the trees while having your happy hour.
Yayl Lodge Bed & Breakfast is centrally located to local attractions and a one hour drive from Perth.

French doors open out onto the patio and overlook scenic gardens. Facilities include television, electric blanket, clock radio, bath robes and tea and coffee making facilities. A sumptuous breakfast is provided each morning and evening meals can be organised upon request. Studio RoomThis quiet rural retreat set on four acres is a colonial style bed and breakfast. The Studio Room offers one double bed and two single beds which is suited for small families. Facilities include television, electric blanket, clock radio, bath robes and tea and coffee making facilities. A sumptuous breakfast is provided each morning and evening meals can be organised upon request. Twin RoomThis quiet rural retreat set on four acres is a colonial style bed and breakfast. The Twin Room offers a two single beds suited for travelling friends. French doors open out onto the patio and overlook scenic gardens.
