The first house has three bedrooms three bathrooms, powder room, two lounges, large balconies and an outside courtyard with water feature.

The deluxe top apartment has a resort style bathroom with spa bath, two person shower, full equipped modern kitchen and a large lounge/dining area leading on to a large balcony. All areas have breathtaking views of the ocean from Rottnest and beyond.

There is also two rooms on the first floor with ensuites, the latest entertainment system, a bonus lounge, kitchenette and courtyard area.

The second house can be rented out in full or in two sections. The top section of the house has been turned into an apartment style home with large resort style bathroom with spa, dual showers, two balconies, large lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and ocean views from the lounge and bedroom. The ground level we have our two bedroom apartment suitable for a family or group of four.

Deluxe Large Room with Ensuite The first house has two rooms that are situated on the first level. The rooms are large with reverse cycled air conditioning, ensuites, television and phone. They have the use of the kitchenette area on the same level with microwave, tea making facilities with a fridge. This area has a lounge and dinning area on this level with ocean views and is for the sole use of those rooms. Large Room Standard The second house has two rooms that are situated on the ground floor. The rooms are large with reverse cycled air conditioning, television and phone. They share a separate toilet bathroom area. They have the use of the kitchenette area on the same level with microwave, tea making facilities with a fridge. This area has a large lounge and dinning area on this level with access to a private garden area. Both room over look the garden area and are very quite during the day night.
