World of Energy informs visitors about all aspects of Western Australia's energy industry, through the use of interactive displays and multimedia. Visitors can learn how Western Australia's bright sunshine, strong winds and clean water supplies have been turned into practical energy to provide heat, light and power to our local communities.
Children will enjoy racing each other on the high-speed bicycle generators as well as learning how to create a worm farm, a solar cell, an electric circuit and a mini wind-farm.
During the school holidays children can participate in the hands-on " Kids in the Kitchen" cooking workshops, "Science Alive" interactive shows, electron safety cruiser rides and badge making. In addition, they get a chance to take a ride in an electric vehicle.
