Christs Church Anglican Church

Built in 1871, this church replaced an earlier church which was destroyed by fire. The church has hand-crafted pews believed to be the work of an early settler named Joseph Cooper. Many of the district's early settlers are buried in the churchyard, including Thomas Peel the district's first settler.
