Perth Hills National Parks Centre
The Perth Hills National Parks Centre is a great place to begin your Perth Hills adventure. Our friendly staff can provide advice on some of the fascinating ways you can hike, ride, walk or just sit and enjoy the great outdoors.
The Bibbulman Track crosses through the centre and various other walk trails which offer magnificent views are located near by.
The centre is set within the Mundaring National Park and the rammed earth amphitheatre offers a great resting place where you can take in the serenity of the bush. We stock a range of maps and guides, gift ideas, local art and souvenirs as well as drinks and snacks. A strong hills focus exists, no toy koalas are to be found, but you will come across the odd chuditch, echidna and other local inhabitants.
An amazing range of outdoor activities are available to visitors (by prior arrangement), from animal encounters to guided walks and from bush craft to bush dances there is no end to what we can offer.
For those who just can’t tear themselves away, don’t forget that the centre features camping facilities, complete with camp kitchen and hot showers. So what’s your excuse not to head for the hills?
