The Condingup town site is 65 kilometres east of Esperance and 20 kilometres from the Duke of Orleans Bay.
Condingup was declared a townsite in 1963. It takes its name from the nearby Condingup Peak.
Condingup Lookout gives great views of the surrounding area and has spectacular wildflowers in season. Other local places to visit include the local winery, a craft shop and the tavern which is an outback style pub.
All the local beaches between Cape Arid and Duke of Orleans Bay are fantastic for fishing, swimming, surfing, boating and have magnificent vistas.
